Our Mission

The Rae Ripple Foundation is built on the belief that creativity and skilled trades can break cycles of hardship.

At the heart of our mission is the unwavering belief that anyone who has survived domestic violence, aged out of foster care, faced unstable homes, or found themselves in the juvenile system can forge a new path. We stand with those shaped by hardship, offering tools to transform their lives through creativity and skilled trades. By reconnecting families and equipping both youth and parents with hands-on hope, we turn adversity into opportunity, one weld at a time.

Actively building an art welding program that will soon become a reality, where youth will create sculptures for the community, and parents will join the process to rebuild relationships through shared craft.

In January 2027, our flagship Bel Air auction will fund our first scholarships. This 1964 Impala—restored from bare metal—will be more than a car; it will be a symbol of transformation. After a journey from forgotten to reborn, this car will drive our mission forward, turning its sale at Mecum into the fuel for second chances.

The Rae Ripple Foundation is about second chances, family bonds, and forging futures—one weld, one life, one year at a time.
