Help Keep Every Program Free
Every person deserves the chance to learn a skill, discover what they can build, and create a future they are proud to call their own.
Give TodayEvery Gift Keeps Opportunity Open
The Rae Ripple Foundation is building practical paths forward through welding, art, education, mentorship, and career opportunity.
Our programs are designed to remain free for the people and families we serve. Your donation helps remove the cost standing between someone and the chance to learn, create, graduate, find meaningful work, and begin building a life of their own.
Your Gift Goes Straight To The Work
Free Classes
Hands on welding, metalworking, art, and career exploration for students and families who need a practical place to begin.
Tools And Safety
Protective equipment, machines, materials, shop supplies, and the safe learning environment every participant deserves.
Follow Through
Support that encourages participants to graduate, find work, open a bank account, keep their word, and continue moving forward.
Families Build Alongside Them
Our programs are being built for those who need a practical path forward and for the families who are building alongside them. When families are welcomed into the work, skills become shared, confidence grows, and possibility reaches farther.
When one person learns, an entire family can begin to build.
